4/07/02 Bess Cutter taught Dowsing Seminar in Gloucester, Va. for The Chesapeake Bay Dowsers Association. Seventeen people from all over attended to learn about Dowsing and how it can be used in everyday life. Feelings ran high for everyone attending and said they can't wait for the next seminar.
